First 5 Yolo Staff
First 5 Yolo’s staff members are dedicated to serving the needs of our county’s youngest residents through direct services and systems change efforts.
Gina Daleiden – Executive Director
The Executive Director is responsible for the highest level of administration and management of the organization, coordination with First 5 CA and the First 5 Association, and works with the Commission to carry out the mission of First 5 Yolo.
Victoria Zimmerle, MBA – Deputy Director
The Deputy Director is responsible for the oversight of finances, compliance and operations, as well as support for agency communications.
Melina Ortigas – Management Services Officer
The Management Services Officer is primarily responsible for analysis and program work.
Fawn Montagna – QCC Program Officer
The QCC Program Officer is responsible for the coordination and administration of First 5 Yolo’s lead agency role for the IMPACT 2020 early learning initiative in Yolo County.
Sarah Lin Hartman, PhD – Systems Improvement Officer
The Systems Improvement Officer is responsible for improving the coordination and administration of local early child development programs and agencies as a part of First 5 Yolo’s home visiting coordination initiative.
